Great place to have some delicious bbq. The environment and the atmosphere was great! I was able to get a nice sliced brisket sandwich. I received excellent friendly service and the portion was very generous. Thank you to the entire staff and any time I am in the area, I will definitely stop by.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AWESOME BRISKET, Moist, Tender, Ample Portions, Priced accordingly! Beans and potatoe salad appropriate but nothing compared with the BRISKET! Best of all...BYOB Owner and Chef Angelina came out to check on us. "Gopher" Issac Friendly and efficient

Absolutely some of the best food I have ever had. I am traveling to the area (from OH) and wanted the chance to experience true TX barbecue. I walked in and told the lovely lady at the counter that I wanted a sampler to experience it properly. She followed up with a "say no more" nod. My goodness, did y'all nail it! WOW. This is what it's all about. Good food, good people. The best of which are often found in plain sight. No glitz or glam, no flashing signs or billboards. This place is the pinnacle of dang good food.

The flavor this place had was great. I usually get a baked potato with brisket at most places to determine how good of a bbq joint is. It did not disappoint. In my top 5 of all bbq joints I’ve been to in the south.

I had amazing ribs here. The folks are very friendly and it’s a family run operation. The wood smoker is out back. I was very impressed with the ribs. The hot links were very addictive. The interior is about as simple and low key as it gets.

Family Environment as soon as you walk in .. can tell the love they have invested into this place! Husband and I are glad we made this choice to pick up on our way to visit family! Here is what we got and our thoughts: 2meat plate (ribs/brisket) with potato salad & okra - flavor of meat was top notch but wished for little more moisture in brisket cuts. Potato salad was yummy and okra had great seasoning but would of been better fresh(since we took it was less crispy than hoped) Sausage Loaded Potato - PERFECTION!!! Every bit had flavor and sausage was diced to actually eat well on potato. The potato was good size, cooked but not dry or burnt, and good amounts of all add ons. 1/2lb pork - good flavor and moisture was perfect Banana Pudding - WONDERFUL! good serving size, creamy and not too sweet! We also got hot links but those are for my hubby lunch for the week but they smelt amazing! Their sauce is on the sweet side and not thick but very full of flavor! If you have the opportunity I would strongly suggest stopping by... We will next time we head through town!

Passed by here plenty of times and decided to stop today. Ohhhh my GOODNESS! Talk about DELICIOUS! Tried the 3 meat plate with ribs, brisket and chicken. The ribs fell off the bone, brisket was tender and the chicken was OUTSTANDING!! Met the owners and they both came around and talked to us. They were so friendly! This place will be my go-to for BBQ EVERY TIME we’re in Palestine! Highly, highly, highly recommend! So good!!

Nice little country barbecue. Good service and good barbecue. Good value for the money too. Plenty of parking but get there early as they will often sell out. Link sausage was good as well as brisket. Pinto beans were good too.
